Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 lbs. periodically
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
• Safe driving record strongly preferred

• Helpful experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Consumer packaged goods in a direct store delivery environment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer relationship management experience (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Serve as an Executional Leader in large format for Pods, providing a second layer of sales and service support for the Territory Sales Leader
• Coach and lead a team of full-time merchandisers on selling, display execution, and merchandising standards
• Own large format customer relationships and flag risks or concerns
• Support large format business development and crafting pitch strategies
• Assign merchandisers to large format and high-volume accounts for service coverage
• Conduct work-withs/route rides to develop merchandising and customer service skills
• Apply merchandising principles to drive productivity
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and productivity goals
• Anticipate customer issues and plan to avoid dissatisfaction
• Train frontline employees and onboard new merchandisers
• Track KPIs and monitor performance
• Oversee Pod compliance and audits
• Supervise daily operations and delegation of tasks
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Leader to implement sales strategy
• Solicit feedback from Sales Representatives for performance reviews
• Set productivity and service targets and drive accountability
