Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage on-site tasks and supervise a 2-5 person crew. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of services across landscape maintenance, installation, and related tasks.

You will coordinate with the Operations Manager, oversee equipment maintenance, and help train team members while delivering exceptional client service on BrightView client sites.

Qualifications

• Leader capable of directing a small crew on job sites.
• Operate and supervise use of landscaping equipment safely.
• Maintain adherence to safety and company policies.
• Coordinate with operations management to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while meeting schedules and expectations.
• Escalate customer problems to the Operations Manager as needed.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to align client needs.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work.
• Provide feedback and train team members.
• Log crew time using electronic time capture (ETC).
• Maintain and service equipment including EDVIR checks.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek efficiency improvements.
