Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage on-site tasks and direct 2-5 teammates across maintenance, installation, and irrigation projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality on client sites while coordinating with the Operations Manager.

You will also supervise day-to-day operations, train crew members, log time and equipment usage, and perform routine equipment maintenance to keep services flowing smoothly and safely for BrightView clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew of 2–5 on landscape sites.
• Demonstrated leadership among team and peers.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and safely transport equipment.
• Deliver services at client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Identify and elevate customer concerns to Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to align on client needs and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members.
• Monitor equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Log crew time via electronic time capture (ETC).
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
