Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site tasks at client locations. You will direct a crew of 2–5 teammates, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work.

You will prep trucks, load equipment, oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Operations Manager, train staff, and monitor equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Leadership demonstrated in team settings.
• Experience operating landscape equipment or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct a crew of 2–5 team members and oversee site tasks.
• Prepare landscape trucks and securely load equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work; provide feedback and training.
• Monitor and perform preventative equipment maintenance and log crew time.
