Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks on client sites and direct 2-5 team members. You will ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView and client quality standards, overseeing maintenance, irrigation, color management, and chemical applications.

You will prepare landscape trucks, load equipment, deliver services on schedule, and communicate with the Operations Manager to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience leading 2-5 team members on field tasks.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among team and peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Escalate customer issues to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Accurately log crew time and equipment usage.
