Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to oversee 2-5 crew members on BrightView client sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView quality standards across maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and seasonal color programs.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and ensure accurate time logs and equipment maintenance while upholding BrightView policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training.
• Log time, equipment usage, and perform maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
