Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to oversee 2-5 team members on client sites, directing tasks and ensuring safety and quality on maintenance, installation, and related services. This role requires leadership, a valid driver's license, and BrightView Equipment certifications.

The pay range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and licenses/certifications, with full-time hours and on-site work at client locations. Benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• BrightView equipment certifications required.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues when needed.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and help develop team members.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and log usage.
• Conduct EDVIR on assigned vehicles.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek efficiency improvements.
