Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to direct a 2-5 person crew on client sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

You will prepare trucks, deliver services, monitor equipment, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations. The role requires a valid driver’s license, landscape experience, and BrightView certifications; starting pay is $20/hour with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and train team members.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and log usage.
