Competenze

• Strong, stable work history with management in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training usually associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Oversee kitchen operations and food quality.
• Manage back-of-house using Golden Corral systems to meet standards.
• Supervise safety and labor in absence of GM.
