Golden Corral is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations in a high-volume casual dining environment at a franchise location.

Responsibilities include food production, quality and safety, labor management, and ensuring cleanliness in line with Golden Corral standards.

You will step in for the General Manager as needed and complete Golden Corral's management training program to support guest satisfaction and franchise success.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training related to business or hospitality.
• Completed Golden Corral's management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee food production and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage restaurant operations in absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
