You will step in for the General Manager as needed and complete Golden Corral's management training program to support guest satisfaction and franchise success.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training related to business or hospitality.
• Completed Golden Corral's management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage restaurant operations in absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
