Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ohio seeks an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead the IHBT team across multiple counties, supervise therapists, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will collaborate with the OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, Case Western Reserve University and other IHBT supervisors, while ensuring compliant EHR documentation and program fidelity. Expect up to 75% travel to support communities.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• Independent licensure as LPCC or LISW required.
• 2+ years overseeing IHBT/MST/FFT teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across multi-county area.
• Experience with wraparound and multi-system youth.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises IHBT therapists across multiple counties.
• Oversees fidelity tracking and client engagement with Case Western Reserve University’s COE.
• Approves time off and conducts yearly evaluations.
• Promotes programs and increases enrollment.
• Develops relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Oversees case acuity to prioritize services.
• Ensures productivity standards.
• Reviews clinical documentation in EHR for compliance.
• Provides on-site and community programming.
• Provides coverage for therapists when needed.
• Travels within designated service areas.
• Assists with interviewing and onboarding IHBT therapists.
• Other duties as assigned.
