Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio seeks a Supervisor of Intensive Home-Based Treatment to lead IHBT Therapists, coordinate resources, and monitor service delivery across counties.

You will ensure fidelity, engage clients for Case Western Reserve University certification, and expand ISBH programs within local communities while collaborating with partners. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health field.
• Experience with multi-system youth and families.
• Strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Able to operate in internet-based office environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IHBT Therapists and organize resources.
• Monitor work processes and fidelity for IHBT services.
• Engage clients and promote ISBH programs in communities.
• Develop partnerships with local stakeholders.
• Review clinical documentation in EHR for compliance.
• Provide on-site and community programming coverage.
• Track demographics and data; travel up to 75%.
