Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead the IHBT team across multiple counties in Ohio. The role includes supervising therapists, ensuring fidelity and client engagement, and coordinating with partners and the Center of Excellence for certification processes.

The position requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling and independent licensure (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Must meet independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, IMFT).
• Minimum 2+ years supervising IHBT/MST/FFT teams.
• Experience in behavioral health and multi-system youth/families.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of IHBT therapists across a multi-county area.
• Oversees fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification with Case Western Reserve University's Center of Excellence.
• Provides direct oversight including time-off approvals and annual evaluations.
• Promotes ISBH programs and services to increase enrollment and utilization.
• Builds relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Prioritizes clients by acuity to guide service intensity.
• Ensures productivity standards are met.
• Reviews clinical documentation for compliance.
• Facilitates programming on-site and in the community.
• Provides coverage when IHBT therapists are absent.
• Tracks participant demographics and data.
• Assists with interviewing and onboarding IHBT staff.
• Travels within designated service areas.
