Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead IHBT across multiple counties in Ohio. You will supervise IHBT Therapists, coordinate resources, and monitor work processes to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Independent licensure (LPCC or LISW) and a Master’s degree in social work or counseling are required, with travel up to 75%. The role partners with OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, and community stakeholders to expand

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• Must meet independent licensure (LPCC, LISW, IMFT).
• 2+ years supervising IHBT/MST/FFT teams.
• Experience in behavioral health and multi-system youth/families.
• Experience with wraparound services and supervisory work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in internet-based office environment and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of IHBT therapists across a multi-county area.
• Oversees fidelity tracking, client engagement, and university certification.
• Provides direct oversight including time-off approvals and annual evaluations.
• Promotes ISBH programs to increase enrollment and utilization.
• Maintains relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Oversees case acuity prioritization and workflow productivity.
• Reviews clinical documentation for compliance in EHR.
• Delivers direct clinical coverage as needed and tracks demographics.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding IHBT therapists.
• Travels within designated service areas up to 75%.
