Job summary

The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with regulatory standards and lead a dedicated team through rigorous operational processes while promoting community-based solutions tailored to youth and families.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience in delivering or managing intensive programming preferred.
• Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality IHBT services.
• Provide clinical leadership and consultation to staff.
• Monitor treatment quality and compliance.

Ability to bill Medicaid

Education

High school degree or GED equivalent
