Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead IHBT therapists across a multi-county Ohio region. The role emphasizes supervision, resource coordination, and adherence to program standards in collaboration with OhioRISE and university partners.

The successful candidate will hold an independent Ohio licensure (LPCC/LISW/IMFT), possess a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, and have 2+ years of IHBT/MST/FFT supervisory

Qualifications

• Supervise IHBT therapists and oversee time off approvals and annual evaluations.
• Promote programs and services in local communities to increase enrollment and utilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Ensure fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification.
• Travel within designated multi-county service areas (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of IHBT therapists across multiple counties.
• Oversees provider time off approvals and annual evaluations.
• Promotes ISBH programs to increase enrollment and utilization.
• Maintains relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Monitors clinical documentation for compliance in EHR systems.
