Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead the IHBT team across multiple Ohio counties. The role supervises eight IHBT therapists, ensures fidelity to certifications, and collaborates with university programs to deliver high-quality behavioral health services.

The candidate must hold LPCC or LISW licensure, a Master’s in social work or counseling, and at least two years of IHBT/MST/FFT supervisory experience, with travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• Must meet independent licensure (LPCC/LISW) in Ohio.
• Two+ years supervising IHBT/MST/FFT teams.
• Experience in behavioral health and multi-system youth/families.
• Experience with wraparound services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Able to operate in an Internet-based office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of IHBT therapists across a multi-county area.
• Oversee fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification.
• Approve time off and conduct yearly evaluations for IHBT staff.
• Promote ISBH programs and increase enrollment and utilization.
• Maintain relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
• Prioritize cases by acuity to align with service intensity.
• Ensure productivity standards are met.
• Review clinical documentation for compliance in EHR.
• Facilitate on-site and community-based programming.
• Provide coverage when IHBT therapists are out of the office.
• Track participant demographics and relevant data.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding IHBT staff.
• Travel within designated service areas (up to 75%).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
