Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead IHBT therapists across a multi-county Ohio region. The role partners with OhioRISE, regional centers, and university programs to ensure high-quality care and compliant documentation.

The position requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling and independent licensure. Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory IHBT/MST/FFT experience, strong collaboration skills, and

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
Independent licensure per Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) required.
2+ years of experience delivering or overseeing an IHBT/MST/FFT team.
Experience in behavioral health and multi-system youth and families.
Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Supervises a team of IHBT therapists across multiple counties.
Oversees fidelity tracking and client engagement for university program certification.
Approves time off and conducts yearly employee evaluations.
Promotes programs and increases enrollment and utilization in local communities.
Develops partnerships with community stakeholders and agencies.
