Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Independent licensure as LPCC/LISW/IMFT required.
• 2+ years supervising IHBT/MST/FFT teams.
• Experience in behavioral health and wraparound services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of IHBT therapists across multiple counties.
• Oversees fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification programs.
• Approves time off and conducts annual employee evaluations.
• Promotes programs and increases enrollment and utilization in communities.
• Maintains relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders.
• Travels within the designated service areas (up to 75%).
• Ensures productivity standards and monitors clinical documentation in EHRs.
