Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Program Manager, Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) to lead and coordinate our intensive services across Ohio. You will collaborate with operations, HR, and performance teams to ensure high-quality, family-centered IHBT programs aligned with fidelity standards.

The role requires clinical leadership, staff supervision, and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field required.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral sciences, or related field required.
• Active independent LISW/LPCC/IMFT licensure in Ohio required.
• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare/behavioral health required.
• 3–4 years of experience delivering or managing intensive programming preferred.
• Experience with wraparound services and working with multi-system youth and families preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of IHBT services aligned with Ohio fidelity standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff.
• Monitor treatment quality, documentation, and crisis response.
• Oversee billing integrity and payer requirements.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and professional development.
• Travel up to 50% for this position.
