Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead IHBT therapists across multiple counties in Ohio, ensuring program fidelity and data integrity. The role coordinates with OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, university partners, and HR to align outcomes and staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in social work or counseling, 2+ years’ supervisory experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% within the service area.

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.
2+ years of supervisory experience delivering or overseeing an IHBT/MST/FFT team.
Experience in behavioral health and working with multi-system youth and families.

Responsibilities

Supervises a team of IHBT therapists across a multi-county area.
Oversees fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification with Case Western Reserve University’s Center of Excellence.
Provides oversight over each IHBT therapist, including time-off approvals and yearly evaluations.
