Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 7+ years of warehousing/transport/manufacturing experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree adds value with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau; SQL and Excel required or strong familiarity.
• Lean Six Sigma and PDCA knowledge, with broad industrial engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, performs statistical analyses, maps processes, and identifies gaps.
• Leads high-impact CI projects, supports startups, retrofits and expansions.
• Coaches teams in CI, QA, and Lean principles; drives cross-functional projects.
• Facilitates Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events to sustain improvements.
• Delivers regular progress reports and recommends inventory/supply chain actions.
• Designs and maintains QMS; supports regulatory compliance and corrective actions.
