Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years in related fields.
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA or similar is favorable.
• Strong data visualization and database programming skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI projects across the operation to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
• Map processes, perform data analysis, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Coach teams in lean methods; facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans with measurable results.
• Coordinate with management and operations to drive initiatives and sustain gains.
• Provide regular data-driven reports to track site objectives and performance.
