Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL; advanced data visualization and database skills.
• Experience leading CI/Lean projects and implementing QA/Lean methods across operations.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps and documents processes and identifies gaps.
• Leads high-impact CI projects; supports startups, retrofits, expansions, and automation initiatives.
• Coaches teams on lean methods and drives value-stream mapping, Kaizen events, and sustainment.
• Provides regular data-driven progress reports and contributes to inventory and supply chain strategy.
