Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.
- 7+ years in related industry experience required.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Access/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio) is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-impact CI projects across the operation to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
- Identify process gaps and implement data-driven CI plans with measurable results.
- Coach and develop CI and quality staff; may supervise CI engineering and QA professionals.
