Responsibilities

• Collects data and conducts statistical analysis; maps processes and identifies gaps.
• Drives high-impact CI projects; supports start-ups, retrofits, expansions, and automation initiatives.
• Coaches teams in lean methods and CI practices; leads Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Supervises CI engineering and quality professionals; participates in hiring and performance management.
• Delivers regular data reports; provides strategic recommendations for inventory and supply chain.
• Designs, implements, monitors, and maintains QMS; ensures regulatory compliance.
