Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive lean initiatives across multiple operations. The role leads CI resources, influences change through data-driven approaches, and aligns with Engineering and Automation efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will supervise CI/quality professionals, develop KPIs, and deliver sustainment through coaching, training, and strategic planning. Strong analytics and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain industry favored.
• Experience leading CI programs and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals.
• Lead strategy, scorecarding, and KPI action plans.
• Provide training and mentoring on Lean tools and data analytics.
• Develop advanced competency in engineering methods and data analysis.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events across accounts.
