Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to shape enterprise AI experiences through innovative design, rapid prototyping, and agentic AI solution development.

You will work with AI and data experts, SMEs, and clients to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy human experiences that balance usability with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interactive visual design for digital products.
• 2+ years of experience leading design initiatives.
• 2+ years with visual design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Claude Design) or AI design tools; information visualization tools like Tableau and D3.
• 2+ years building and contributing to scalable design systems for visual consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design or related field, or equivalent 12+ years experience; Associate’s degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape visual design direction from concept to delivery.
• Resolve ambiguity to create first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities, design systems, typography, digital experiences, and human-AI interfaces.
