Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead in California. You will join the AI & Data team, guiding multidisciplinary groups to design intuitive, trustworthy human-AI experiences and mentor the next generation of design talent.

Responsibilities include shaping visual design direction, solving complex problems, building scalable design systems, and driving production-ready outputs while collaborating with AI engineers, SMEs, and clients to achieve measurable business

Qualifications

• Higher level interactive visual design experience for digital products.
• Experience leading design initiatives and teams.
• Proficiency with visual design tools (Figma, Adobe CS) and AI design tools.
• Experience building scalable design systems and ensuring consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/graphic design or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual design direction from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Work through ambiguity to craft first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visuals across brand identities and experiences.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences to drive adoption.
• Take ownership of workstreams and deliver production-ready output.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and share practices.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, SMEs, and clients to align with business goals.
• Confidently present design rationale to stakeholders and mentor teammates.
