Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to guide visual design across diverse enterprise AI projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design and Agentic AI, shaping innovative experiences and production-ready outputs.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with AI engineers and domain experts, and drive design systems and multimodal interfaces that balance usability, trust, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interactive visual design used in digital products.
• 2+ years of experience leading design initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience with visual design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design) and visualization tools (Tableau, D3).
• 2+ years building and contributing to scalable design systems for visual consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design or related field (or 6+ years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery.
• Solve ambiguous problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities, design systems, typography, digital experiences, and human‑AI interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences that drive user adoption and trust.
• Take ownership of your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts to advance enterprise AI experiences.
• Engage stakeholders with clear design rationale and establish your voice as a trusted creative lead.
• Mentor team members and help them grow their skills and toolset.
