Job summary

Accenture in Seattle seeks a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to guide multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design, Information Visualization, Interaction Design, and Agentic AI Experience Design. You will translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, empathetic experiences for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interactive visual design used in digital products, preferably software products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading design initiatives, including setting design directions and coordinating with teammates.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with visual design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design and other AI design tools, or information visualization tools such as Tableau and D3.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and contributing to scalable design systems ensuring visual consistency.
• A bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design or related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery, driving quality and adherence to timelines.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences that drive user adoption and amplify human capabilities.
• Hands-on and self-directed: take ownership of your workstream and deliver production-ready output.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts to advance enterprise AI experiences.
• Mentor and support team members to grow skills and adopt best practices across projects.
