Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to drive human-centered design across AI experiences. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, empathetic solutions that balance trust and usability.

You will mentor teammates, shape design direction, and deliver production-ready outputs while applying agentic AI design principles. Travel may be required as projects vary across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interactive visual design used in digital products.
• 2+ years of experience leading design initiatives, including setting design directions and planning implementation.
• 2+ years of experience with visual design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design and other AI design tools, or information visualization tools such as Tableau and D3.
• 2+ years of experience building and contributing to scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency across products, platforms and channels.
• A bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design (or related creative field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery, driving quality and adherence to timelines.
• Work through ambiguity to solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities, design systems, typography, digital experiences, and human-AI agentic interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences that drive user adoption and amplify human capabilities with attention to detail.
• Hands-on and self-directed: take ownership of your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools actively in your own workflow to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production; contribute to evolving AI-enabled ways of working.
