Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Change Leader to guide large-scale transformations in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will shape change programs, define operating models, and ensure human accountability and governance as technology and AI reshape roles and skills.

You will partner with clients to design enterprise change strategies, lead delivery, and build lasting capabilities that help organizations adapt quickly while maintaining ethical and responsible use of GenAI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consulting practitioner or in an advisory/transformation role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention, shaping work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs as roles and skills evolve with AI.
• Define GenAI usage with readiness, governance, and accountability across the organization.
• Use data, analytics, and AI insights to assess readiness and guide decisions.
• Design agile change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Create scalable change journeys using human-centered design principles.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Travel as needed to support clients.
