Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to shape human-centered agentic AI experiences across diverse client projects. You will guide visual design direction, work with AI engineers and SMEs, and mentor emerging talent in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.

You will design multimodal, intuitive interfaces, drive production-ready outputs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and delivery while ensuring usability, trust, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interactive visual design for digital products.
• Minimum of 2 years leading design initiatives and setting design directions.
• Minimum of 2 years using visual design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design) or information visualization tools (Tableau, D3).
• Minimum of 2 years building and contributing to scalable design systems for visual consistency.
• Bachelor's degree in UX design, graphic design or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape visual design direction from concept through delivery.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities, systems, and interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences to drive adoption and trust.
• Own workstream with minimal redirection and production-ready output.
• Adopt and apply AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration and production.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts to advance enterprise AI experiences.
• Engage stakeholders with clear design rationale and grow as a trusted voice.
• Mentor teammates and help grow design skills and methods.
