Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead in the United States to guide visual design across multidisciplinary teams, blending human-centered design with agentic AI experience development. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interactive visual design for digital products.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading design initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with visual design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design) or information visualization tools (Tableau, D3).
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and contributing to scalable design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/graphic design or related field (or equivalent 12+ years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction from concept through delivery.
• Work through ambiguity to solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities, design systems, typography, and digital experiences.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences that drive user adoption and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to advance enterprise AI experiences that are intuitive and trustworthy.
