Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to collaborate across AI, data, and industry teams. You will shape human-centered agentic AI experiences by driving design direction, rapid prototyping, and production-ready output while mentoring junior designers and aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interactive visual design for digital products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading design initiatives, including setting design directions and coordinating implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with visual design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Design and other AI design or information visualization tools (Tableau, D3).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and contributing to scalable design systems for visual consistency across products.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design or related field, or 12+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the visual design direction from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and brand cohesion.
• Tackle ambiguity and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visuals across brand identities, design systems, typography, and human-AI interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences to drive user adoption and trust.
• Mentor teammates and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration across AI, data, and industry teams.
