Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consulting practitioner or in an advisory/transformation role.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Products, Industrials industry

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work and workforce models.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization with governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and inform decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies for new ways of working and operating models.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and enable learning assets.
