Job summary

Accenture seeks a Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead to guide visual design across projects at the intersection of design, information visualization, and agentic AI experiences. You will mentor teams, shape human-centered interfaces, and collaborate with AI engineers and SMEs to deliver trusted, usable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interactive visual design for digital products.
• 2+ years leading design initiatives including setting direction and coordinating delivery.
• 2+ years using visual design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus AI design tools and information visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape the visual design direction from concept to delivery.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities, design systems, and interfaces.
• Design agent-delivered, multimodal experiences to drive adoption and user impact.
• Own your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production across projects.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts to advance enterprise AI experiences.
• Engage stakeholders and develop your presence as a trusted creative voice in human-AI experience design.
• Mentor and support team members to grow skills and navigate challenges.
