Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure quality on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors for each phase and ensure code compliance and workmanship.
• Walk sites with homeowners and perform inspections; conduct orientation and progress updates.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspection and acceptance of work.
• Maintain safety, site cleanliness, and proper post-close warranty follow-up.
