D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction of multiple homes from permit to closing. You will schedule and supervise subcontractors, perform homeowner walkthroughs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely delivery, and adherence to building codes while managing budgets and coordinating with sales and warranty teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and relevant construction experience preferred.
• Two to four years of related experience in construction or homebuilding is expected.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications; knowledge of جميع phases of home construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule to deliver high quality homes on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors for each phase and ensure workmanship meets codes and company standards.
• Complete each home site from planning through occupancy and satisfy all contract obligations.
• Inspect subcontractor workmanship and halt noncompliant work to maintain quality.
• Authorize payments to subcontractors after thorough inspection and receipt of materials.
• Manage the customer experience throughout the construction process, including homeowner walks and progress updates.
• Ensure site cleanliness and maintain a visually appealing community and worksite.
• Oversee post-close warranty processes, assess warranty requests, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with sales, warranty, and management to ensure open communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct business professionally to serve customers and protect company goodwill.
