You will schedule and supervise subcontractors, conduct homeowner walkthroughs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors for each phase and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Complete homes from planning through occupancy and satisfy all contract obligations.
• Inspect workmanship and halt noncompliant work; approve payments after inspection.
• Oversee customer experience and communicate progress to homeowners.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety throughout construction.
• Manage post-close warranty activities and coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with sales and management to ensure issue resolution.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards in all business.
