Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; willingness to drive between communities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations and building codes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work additional hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure on-time, quality delivery within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and evaluate workmanship for code compliance.
• Complete each home site from planning through occupancy.
• Inspect workmanship and halt nonconforming work.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspections.
• Manage the customer experience through construction and provide regular updates.
• Maintain site cleanliness and visual appeal.
• Manage post-close warranty process and schedule repairs.
• Communicate with sales and management to resolve issues.
