You will supervise subcontractors, conduct site inspections, coordinate with sales and warranty teams, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction apps.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and deliver quality on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and evaluate workmanship for code compliance.
• Complete each home site from planning to occupancy with contract obligations.
• Inspect subcontractors and halt nonconforming work.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspections and for materials received.
• Maintain the customer experience with regular progress updates.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
• Oversee post-close warranty and schedule follow-ups.
