Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–4 years construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Must have a vehicle with valid license and be willing to drive among designated communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors for each phase and ensure work meets codes and company standards.
• Oversee the post-close process for warranty and address homeowner concerns promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with sales, warranty, and management teams.
