Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers, qualify inbound inquiries, and generate sales opportunities for the outside sales team. The role requires on-site work during regular business hours with no remote option.

You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, craft targeted emails and LinkedIn outreach, and schedule qualified product demonstrations. Strong communication and persistence are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain their value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research prospective customers, target accounts, and relevant market opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce solutions and engage potential customers.
• Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support prospecting efforts.
• Identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential product users within target organizations.
• Build prospect lists based on industry, application, territory, and marketing campaigns.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s business needs, applications, and operational challenges.
• Generate qualified product demonstrations and appointments for outside sales representatives.
