ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospects, qualify inquiries, and generate sales opportunities for the outside sales team.

You will engage decision-makers via outbound calls, email, and social channels to schedule product demonstrations and appointments. The ideal candidate will initiate conversations confidently, understand customer needs, and persistently develop opportunities while maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, scientific, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and work toward measurable goals.
• Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain their value clearly.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
