Advantage Physical Therapy in Redmond, WA seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the busy front desk and ensure smooth patient flow. This hands-on role combines patient interaction, scheduling, billing, and staff supervision to keep operations efficient and caring.

You will mentor Patient Care Coordinators, coordinate with therapists, and uphold HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent patient experiences and process improvements across the clinic network.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of medical front office or related experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience at a front desk preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, benefits, and patient collections.
• Experience with EMR and practice management software; proficient in MS Office.
• Strong HIPAA understanding and professional patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage phones, voicemail, and our phone system.
• Oversee patient scheduling, reminders, and post-evaluation bookings.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients.
• Handle patient payments and collect balances.
• Maintain front desk processes, records, and HIPAA compliance.
• Lead and mentor Patient Care Coordinators; assist hiring.
• Coordinate with therapists to keep schedules full.
• Deliver front office training for system consistency.
• Maintain clean, welcoming front office and waiting area.
