Responsibilities

• All daily administrative duties.
• Greet and welcome patients, check patients in and create a memorable experience.
• Create a WOW experience with each interaction.
• Provide amazing customer service.
• Formulate and build relationships with patients, physicians and staff.
• Schedule patients for the entire duration of their plan of care.
• Answering multi-line phone system.
• Intake of patients, gathering demographics and insurance information, coordinating referrals and patient charts.
• Work closely with the Physical Therapists to facilitate optimum patient care and communication.
• Obtaining authorizations for treatment.
• Collecting patient co-pays and assisting the billing office in the collection of patient balances.
• Performs special projects and duties as assigned.
