Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service in retail, or one year fitness experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule including weekends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle member check-ins and payments; provide receipts.
• Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information.
• Maintain club cleanliness for part of the shift.
• Meet end-of-day metrics; report to management.
