Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet members and support a positive club experience. You will handle payments, explain promotions, and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires standing, talking and listening for extended periods, with a flexible weekday/weekend schedule and opportunities for both full-time and part-time hours at multiple club locations.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds; ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and provide accurate information.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and answer inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for part of the shift; ensure a pleasant experience.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts; promote products and promotions.
